Shipping and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
Any unopened package can be returned for full refund within 30 days after the date of purchase.
Sorry, opened packages cannot be returned. You must first call to receive a "RMA", or Return Merchandise Authorization in order for us to properly process your return. Merchandise returned without first obtaining an "RMA" will result in a credit to the account of the original purchaser in lieu of a monetary refund. The product must be in new, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging materials. If the product you're returning includes a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund. When returning goods please include invoice number identification. Please e-mail us the day you ship so we will have up-to-date information on your situation in order to better assist you. For goods over $500 US in value please contact us for further specific return instructions. Non-Refundable Merchandise: Some Special, Discounted or Promotional Offers have a no return policy. This merchandise is clearly marked with the label "NO RETURN" and ThaiAndTrue.com return policies do not apply to these items.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer various modes of shipping including, UPS, FED-EX,USPS, and common carrier. The physical size and or weight of the item being shipped often dictates the shipping method required. The F.O.B. point and destination of the item may also limit shipping options for certain products. Some products cannot be shipped Rush or Express due to size restrictions. Overnight and second day shipping is always available at an additional charge. If you order on-line or by phone, you will be notified at the time your order is confirmed if an item is on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. We will work with our vendors to determine an estimated shipping timeframe for each specific backorder situation, and pass this information on to the customer before entering the order so they can determine whether or not the timeframe is acceptable. Product delivery methods and timing vary depending on the product. Items shipped within the 48 contiguous states are customarily shipped by UPS ground when possible (usually 4 days), bulky items are normally shipped via common carrier (usually 7-10 days). The Thai and True staff will strive to obtain the most economical rates for all customers.
